  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Day 6: Thank You to Our Designers. In Your Honor We Offer a BK22

Favorite: BK14!
Bought my first "real" knife today...A baby one, the Eskabar bk14. It started with watching Man vs Wild and Survivor Man. Then watching survival videos on youtube. Then to researching survival knives religiously for 2 months. In Korea, I don't have many choices due to blade length restrictions and insane prices. The combo of great steel, design, and price that KaBar offers gave me the opportunity to start my life of learning bush craft/survival skills! Next purchase will be either a BK2, BK16, or the BK10. Decisions decisions!

the BK16 sheath has mil compliant double retentions traps and is MOLLE compatible....
hint, hint...

I got my knife! This thing is a beast, and I really like the new sheath. Thanks a bunch Ka-Bar.

Bk-5,15,17 and 9 modded to a cleaver don't get much rest now that the outdoor grilling season has started at my house. Vegetable and meat prep are a snap with the Becker team. The heavy lifter BK-9 has no equal.

very Wharncliffe. very nice :D
