Mannnnnnnn, I am so jealous!!! Our lakes are still ice covered here in northeastern Minnesota. It's warming up, and the ice is turning grey "again", then it'll get black and finally go away. I saw someone out in the middle of one of the local small lakes yesterday. Probably fishing for crappies. Thanks for sharing those pics. It reminds me of what is yet to come!

Beautifull British Columbia, and it's still only spring. Peacefull/relaxing.

Beautiful dog and great pics dog! I cant wait till it dries up a bit here on the east coast and I can get back out.

Thanks for the kind words, I won't tell ' her ' though she is cocky enough already !!!:D

Pit Dog, in the picture below the Trillium, is that the West Coast version of Skunk Cabbage (Lysichitum americanum)? (We have a different type of Skunk Cabbage in Ontario - whole different genus).

If so, a useful plant. In fact, I understand it was referred to as 'Indian's Wax Paper' and was used as such by a lot of the Coastal Natiives.
