Dayhiker review wanted?

Has anyone had the opprotunity to beat the hell out of the Dayhiker? I would like to know how it stands up to hard use/abuse. I really dig Spydies but I don't see a whole lot of their larger knives around. I'm looking for some input from someone who has actually used one.

I've got one, but I haven't used it much. Frankly, I'm still wondering what the voices in my head were up to when they talked me into buying it.

Could you be a little more specific on the type of use you would like to see? I took mine out today and practiced baton techniques on my test log (a four inch diameter length of seasoned locust about as dense as white oak) without so much as dulling the edge or leaving a mark on the blade.
