I love this place. One of my favorites.

That's a great park! One of the most popular in Wisconsin. I learned my climbing basics there.

Thanks for the photos. I climbed there a lot in the early 80's and you brought back some good memories!

Did you notice much impact from the flooding this spring? I heard they got slammed down there.

Noshtero, I'm glad you had fun and didn't fall off the rocks like several people do every year!

I've been messing around that lake since I was a kid, fishing is decent,and I hunt there during gun deer season...the rugged terrain, beautiful scenery...one of my favorite places on the planet, and its right in my back yard! (well, its a quick drive now) -Matt-

I didn't notice much flood damage, if any.

Ya taking a spill down those rocks would ruin your day for sure The worst part was when you got right up against the flat side of the bluff that balanced rock sits on, there were roughly 25 thousand wasps living in the various cracks. That sucked.

It is always fun to hang around a terminal moraine. There is awesome hiking at Devils Lake.
