DB Fraley Midtech?

A couple of weeks ago, I was checking EDC Knives, and I saw that there was a DB Fraley Deluge midtech that's being produced by Reate. I was intrigued by its design, so it's been on my watch list ever since. For those that have purchased/held it, what are your impressions of it? Do you think it can compete with other knives in that price range (like the Sebenza)? Thanks!
