I like the dapper, very nice. Charlie, that ridge could be easily ground much flatter, so much it would hardly be noticeable. Of course, then you would have to re-etch, but that's no big deal. But if it doesn't bother you, then don't worry about it. Just thought I'd mention it.

Daggers are my favorite as far as sex appeal but for every day use, I prefer a bowie or drop point. IMHO, daggers excel in only one niche market... wet and squishy deeds.
