Purchased an EDC sometime ago...... Blade dull due to usage......

I suck at sharpening knives !

No way in hell was I going to make an attempt to learn on this fine knife !

Shot DDR an e-mail and shipped the knife the following morning. DDR received the knife and had the knife coming back to me so damn quick ~ it made my head spin !

Popped the box open (yesterday afternoon) and man...........wicked sharp ~ again !

Exceptional designer, maker and service !

Yeah, its hard to beat ole Darrel. He makes some nice stuff. I have a nice EDC also and plan on getting another one soon.

I have a CF EDC, and the clip screws were too short (I thought the threads were stripping or something).
Sent the knife to him the other day, and called him about 30 minutes ago to see if it had arrived.
I said, "Do you have my knife?"
Darrel, "What knife?"
Me (worried), "My EDC".
Darrel, "No I don't have it...( pause-
eek.gif
)...the UPS guy took it, hehe".
Scared me. Teach me to deal with a guy with a sense of humor.

I just called to see if it had arrived, and it's already on it's way back to me. Can't beat that. Darrel also reprofiled the edge (had a small chip in it-don't hit steel tables with your edge!), and the tip, which was rounded. That's service!

I agree. Darrel does seem to know the formula for success; great knife + great maker = great knife buying experience

Darrel, great service? Gee, I don't know. I mean I have 6 of his knives and have more on order. I don't know if that means I'm a satisfied customer or not.

Personally, I think it's a plot by Darrel to get our money.

I have nothing but great things to say about Darrel. Just bought a Madd Maxx from him and it was a pleasure doing business with Darrel. I will definitely buy more knives from him in the future.

I've got 8 of his knives so far with 2 more on order. I'm thinking about having the magazines send my checks to him and I'll just pick out what I want. LOL

Seriously, Darrel's a class act and a damn fine maker. Once you're a customer, you're one for life! He'll take care of you when your knife needs working on, as we have seen.
