Oh, I have a major leech issue. I've had them in places I didn't know existed. 
Sounds like a good time was had by all, the leech included.
My daughters would have freaked out if they had something like that stuck to them, even if the knew what it was and that it was harmless, they'd still freak. I raise em tough, but leeches max out the "EWWWWWW!" factor.
I don't mind them, but trying to get one off an area that you can't reach well, is a PITA. Literally.
