I'd be in to help out too. I can't fathom how painful this must be.

I'm a member of more forums than I can keep track of, and I've never encountered such high-quality human beings as I've found here.
 
Good Morning HOGs and Piglets....:)

If anyone that wants to contribute could please start taking pictures, writing up descriptions, setting prices (priced to sell) and then email them to me, that would be a great start for preparing for Paul's For Sale thread. I've emailed Paul and offered to do the collecting of the information (pics/descriptions/prices) and then I'll email that info to Paul and he can post them. Then when the knife sells, Paul can collect the money, email me the buyer's shipping info, and I'll see to it that info gets to the right owner of the knife so he/she can ship it to the buyer. Make sense? I'm trying to make this as simple for Paul as possible.

I'll be out of town for the weekend but will be back on Sunday. I have a funeral to go to but I'll be available Sunday evening (PST).

Sounds like a solid plan you got there Solstice.

In the event of us not having any form of raffle could the sale be done almost like a ganzaa. By this I mean plenty of warning as to what's going to be in the sale and the prices. Then a definite date and time the sale is going to be posted. Maybe some rules about posting i'll take its and payment options (paypal or money orders, whatever).

I can only think the more lead in time and info there i about this sale the better and easier it will be for everyone involved. If it goes a little something like that it would generate much more interest in the sale and allow most if not all the knives to be bought in a very short period of time.

Just my thoughts.
 
I have a knife I'll put in...let me know when you need the description and pics to start the thread.
