de young musem in SF

anyone know about the security here? i read they search bags. but do they have metal detectors and stuff? should i even bother trying? im going tomorrow morning to any help would be great =]

I was there 3 or 4 months ago, and they did (sometimes) check bags, but there were no metal detectors. I carried my usual pocket knives w/o any issue. It was very low key and I doubt you will get any attention at all unless you look suspicious.
