Today I got my order from Deadwood Knives.
I requested a specific type of scales and they selected me exactly what I hoped for.
Excellent communication, fast shipping.

Bought a couple carbon Bokers from them a few years back ; no problems. Glad to see they're still in business in this economy.
 
Beware their 100% guarantee. I had a bad experience with them. I bought a Buck Creek doctor's knife for $29.95 as a gift. When it arrived the shield had fallen off so I sent it back. They refunded only $24 claiming they charge a "restocking fee." Many e-mails back and forth and they have refused to refund the full amount.
 
Re-stocking fee are pretty common though.

However, my dealings (international) have all been excellent with them. I was disappointed with one knife (not due to their misrepresentation ) and they offered a good discount on my next order. Their international delivery charges are very reasonable, unlike many rip-off dealers . I can recommend them strongly.
 
Not good at all. Free shipping? Not if you call in an order. Not free,but do the idiots who answer the phones tell you that. Nooo!! But the web site SAYS free shipping. Then there is insurence. The idiot on the phone says $1.95. The idiot didnt tell me that was per $100.00. So I called them up. They gave me a %10 off code for the next order. They think they are pretty clever doing this to people (ripping them off). STAY away from them!!!! $300.00 blown to heck. Any body want that code? Its CSC12013.
