I won't be able to mess with an auction, and I'm number 4 in line anyway, as long as one of the first three will take #3.

Count me out, and I'll just catch the next one or order a kitchen/camping knife from the website.

It says a lot about the knife maker when their clients are willing to buy something without knowing what it will look like or for that matter the price. Interesting to say the least.

And I DO guarantee these to be BEATERS of the nicest sort. Full clay-quenched hamon lines...hard use W2 steel (I can tell from grinding that these will hold an edge for a looooong time = read: very slow going on the grinder!)

Paired with synthetic handles - guarantees these to be in the user category.

Also...these being cheapies.....I could have went with aluminum tubes instead of pins.....would have saved $$$ per knife...easier to glue up, etc.....but then I thought "These are BEATERS! They need to be TOUGH". So, they each got 3 corby pins....mechanical fasteners as well as the glue bond. :thumbup:


The only real downside is the bespectacled finish on the blades. Irritates me nothing else....but if you guys can tolerate 'em visually...looking at some deep discounts.

Are you going to limit 1 per customer? That would be the nice thing to do, spread the love as it is said.

Wow, I'm way late, but I'll take something if anything if still available by some freak incident. (I curse all of your internet connections to be so slow that you can't log in to BF! :D)
