What is a deal thread???,Trying to post a comment on a knife maker and it said a deal thread was required.

Sounds like you were trying to leave I trader feedback and it was asking for the URL of the thread in which the deal was made.

If that is the case:
Go back to the thread where the deal was made and copy the address (aka/URL)
It will look something like this: http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=662228

(with a different number after t=)

Then paste the address into the box for the feedback.

I trader, is something you would leave for the knife maker after buying something. The Deal thread is the URL of the thread in which the maker had the knife for sale.

For example if this was a sale thread and you were leaving feedback for a knife bought in this thread the deal thread URL would be: http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=662228
