Today I had one of the best on-line dealer experiences I've ever had. I saw the Extreem Addiction ad in the dealer section for the new Houge EX-04 and that he offered a discount to BFC members. I placed my order and made payment. Within minutes I was contacted via e-mail by the owner. He told me he noticed he lived in my area and would I like for him to drop off the knife at my home later today! Are you kidding me? Yes,Yes please was my answer!
So, on a Sunday evening my new knife, that I just ordered a few hours prior on-line arrived. I was able to inspect the knife prior to acceptance and it was flawless. BNIB and exactly as described. Just doesn't get any better then that. I couldn't be happier.
The owner is very friendly and obviously willing to go out of his way to make sure his customers are happy and satisfied.
