I'm anxiously awaiting the arrival of my new Project I,
my first Chris Reeve knife. It'll be my new backpacking
partner.

I bought this knife from a dealer online. (www.knifeart.com)
Does anyone here have any experience with buying from them?

thanx,
harry

I bought a Mnandi from Knife art about three weeks ago. I had fast and courteous service. I give them a A+++ rating. I look forward to dealing with them again.

I placed an order on Monday and have yet to hear anything. I hope my experience is as good as yours, but it isn't looking good. I emailed them tonight, I hope to have a reply tomorrow.

I emailed Larry shortly after posting my last reply above. I got an answer almost immediately, Larry told me he had already shipped the order. I sort of feel like an ass for doubting him, now. If this is typical service from him, I'll be buying from him from now on. I wish that other people I have to deal with knew the value of service as well as Larry seems to.

Maybe you will get some of those great cookies too :)

His cookies were better received than those I get from the internet.

You have made good choices, both with Larry at BladeArt and with the Project 1.

Larry in Fla don't send no cookies! Larry in Little Rock does ;)

Yep, Larry in Little Rock. I think that's who we have been talking about.

Larry should sell those cookies, too. They're great. And now they're gone. Guess I gotta buy another knife.
