I have been a long time knife enthusiast and am wondering how difficult the process is to become a dealer, and what steps need to be taken to acheive this?

There maybe be differing state laws, but most wholesalers require you to obtain a resale number ( proof you are collecting and paying sales tax)...the rest is very different in various states....it also depends how you will run the business as to IRS requirements....

If i'm not mistaken you also have to have to buy a certain amount of $$$ worth of knives from them every year to keep your dealership so make sure you can sell that much.
