I wish this shark here would have some teeth left after the last dentist visit. At least I got a crown now made out of genuine ceramic.

Speaking of Ohs ...DD on Bonecutter
Looking forward to see how a lighter version will behave compare with the one I have.
This will be the 3rd BC in the collection.
Are your other BC with full tang? I saw in your review you had one called Bash cutter instead, without a full tang.
Good question - I'm not sure what is the right answer on this one. Karda or other old timers can probably better answer this one.
The first time I heard about the Bonecutters, they were full tang. I got one of these in their larger version. Good poser in the collection but too large for field use (very personal opinion).
Some like the one sold today started to show up now and then. Mine was sold as a Bash Cutter and I saw them later called Bonecutter too.
Is the Bonecutter listed on the website somewhere? Took a look but didn't see it....
snagged the chainpuri
I have been waiting for a longer blade and this one is, and not too heavy, and this one is getting out of my comfort zone, but longer sort of goes with heavier so I'll see how it works for me. Have not bought an HI in quite some time, but the convergence of "been thinking about it" and "look what showed up today at a reasonable price" broke my resolve
I guess I need to sell something now to make up for it...![]()
He is an amazing kami. I have a Purna yek Chirra that is probably the nicest khuk I own.
The Bonecutter is one of my favorite heavy choppers. It doesn't behave like a M43. The weight is distributed more toward the nose.
It is an absolute brute for cutting woods. It chops almost as deep as an axe but takes less space to carry around.

Mine is 36oz this one is 25% lighter.
I'm very tempted to EMS for today's Bash/Bonecutter. EDIT - EMS BC![]()
