More Kerambits:eek: Oh MY!!! Wife will kill me! I still got a giant Spear Vala in the mail! Too much good stuff coming out this week!
Man! Arjune is good:thumbup:

EMS for a Kerambit. Asked for the smallest wood handled one available, so we shall see what happens

Edit: Both of these are long gone, but Auntie found another with a wood handle, and I will be calling it my own. Is this gonna be vying with my IBBB for the EDC spot?

Five minutes ago one of these beautiful Kerambits hit my desk in a small size delightful triangle box.

Quite frankly it was love at first sight, what a positively super little (by HI standards) knife. Unlike many other kerambits I can see this one fulfilling many many duties and chores. Where the cho usually is, there is a nice finger slot so one can choke up on it for any kind of fine work like whittling and such.

My bawanna bowie is extremely concerned that this new addition to the family just might take it's place on the belt. No doubt sibling rivalry but it's gonna be a close contest.

For what tiny bit it's worth, I'd love to see one of these shrunk down even more, leave the handle as is and make the blade like 3" or so of cutting edge. But this thing feels so gosh durn nice in the hand, perhaps success is best left alone.

Thanks Lachhu for building a super nice knife and auntie for setting one aside for me. Wood handle, just exactly what I wished for. Gonna have to type one handed most of the day while I fondle this beauty.

Often wondered why these things are so popular and why they go so quickly, now I clearly see why.

When auntie post one, don't delay, don't think, don't ponder just hit the email button, no dissapointments will come your way.

I'll try to post some pics when I get home. Been feeling a might poorly all week, first day back to the sweat shop today, so we'll see how the energy level is when I get home but soon as I can.

Grats on a fine blade Bawanna! Im gonna kick myself for not grabbing one but hopefully there will be more. Aunti could have just slipped it in the box with that giant Spear Vala and no one at home would have never noticed. Hope it gets you to feeling better. Gaze into that fuller for a few hours. That usually helps ill feelings subside. Looking forward to some more pics:thumbup:

Oh boy, now I'm even more anxious to get mine!! Was hoping it would be here today, but alas, I shall wait til tomorrow.

Bawanna, we clearly are on similar brain-waves (or..whatevers-in-there-waves), as I scooped a wood handled K-bit as well, and am already quite concerned as to my Bowie's fate. I know this belt ain't big enough for the two of 'em. Maybe they'll have to duke it out, old west style. Or just take turns, we'll see.

When you get a second, you think you could put the keyboard down and use your free hand to work the picture-taker? The anticipation is killin me :D

Well I got right on the camera right after I strapped on the feed sack and played with the granddaughter a bit. I was fixing to use her as a model since she's so gosh durned cute but grandma put the kybosh on that pronto.

So right out of the box here she be.

Excellent normal grip.

But you can choke up on it with the nice little place provided for your trigger finger.

Wheres the beef? Well it's right here silly.

I'm a lover fighter so I'm not much for sticking my finger or pinky through that hole, but it sure works nice.
I just love that unlike most kerambits it able to do normal stuff and not a dedicated claw only.

Ok back to the granddaughter, grandma's pretty used up today.

Oh yeah! The HI K-bit is a real work horse. It looks like the ring has come a long way from past models. Yours looks rounded and smooth. The ones I picked up years ago took some work in the rings.

What did the ossifers at work think about it?

A lot of jealousy among the ranks. I was kind of buried so I didn't show it to many, it's definitely riding back and forth with me for a few days for further show and tell.

I love this knife.

I love this knife.

Reverse your grip on it and feel how deadly it could be. Put your pointer finger in the hole and imagine ripping some guts from their rib cage. Definitely a fighter! Glad to see it can cross to the lover side:thumbup: Awesome pics!

Yes yes yes. I feel like I just saw that knife for the first time, and fell in love all over again. I'll probably get a ticket as I speed home from work to get this baby in my hands..

Thanks for the pix!! It'll be rainy here all day, but I'll try to get some posted later too.
