Lots of people have already said this, but the stuff that's been coming out of BirGhorka recently has been just breathtaking! God, it's a good time to be a forumite!

Sword, Ang Khola gone.

WOW!!! Every day the offerings are wonderful. It really makes the anxious waiting worth it. That YS is great!!! Ahh to be rich and have room for a daily khuk!!! I can't say enough how happy I am to have found this forum!!!

Can anyone tell me what is the third tool with the second knife ? It almost looks like there is a hole in the blade . Is that a mini fuller or just a reflection ?

I really liked the grooved handled chiruwa AK. I have one that is 15" and 27 oz. with no kami name on it that I am pretty sure is a Birghorka blade, with satisal finger grooves that I traded for last year, and it feels fery nice in the hand. The one thing Bura understands better than anyone is that the handles are better a bit longer, and he nevers let's us down there.

Hope we'll see more of these as well.

It's an awl. The tips are usually missing because the kami's were given one to copy years ago and the tip was missing from the model so they just copied it. I grind new tips on mine which is easy to do and makes them actually useful.

Yeah, Dave got to do some sharking today. Great pickup on the sword, I'll certainly have to check that out.

WHy has no one snapped up that YCS yet? Do you new guys know how long we waited (granted not as long as the foxys) for this exact knife in a special run? We paid something like 225 or 250 for that same set up and it turned out GREAT. worth twice that. I love my YCS:)
Once i get some better photos from the mother-in-law I'll have to show you what it looks like cutting wedding cake;)
GRAB IT SOMEONE! give it a good home.

Wow a YCS for 165. That sword was a steal for 135!

Very nice stuff today. Very Very nice.

I'd love to have that YCS if it was the same weight as a Foxy Folly!

In fact I'd be glad to trade my heavy YCS for an older one that is lighter if anyone is game. It's such a beautiful blade but too heavy for me!

Also, the YCS comes with TWO knives instead of one and a burnisher...
The Awl is used for burnishing I guess, or you could use the spine of one of the knives...
