Deals for 11/1 -- Pix, Six Blems and Big Savings

There is no better feeling than finding one of these on the doorstep when you get home from work. Khukuri Kat agrees. I think he's more excited about the box itself than the contents, though.

She is a beauty! I really love the handle shape on this one, it flares much more on the bottom than it does on the top, fits in the hand very nicely.

This is the second one I've gotten from the batch that was engraved using the vibro-pen. If I remember correctly, Auntie said they only sent one batch engraved that way, and they were promptly told to go back to the old way. No skin off my back since this one is destined to be a user.

Looks great and there's just something delightful about a triangular shaped box from Reno. Can't put my finger on it but it's always a very good thing.

Vibro pen? Well hang on to that one Phillll. Thats will be a rarity! That was a steal for $80. I didnt even look at the price when I saw that blade for some reason. I might have been inclined to snag that one. Glad you got it tho.

I have a bowie that appears to have that odd marking style as well, as if they were peened on by a mill that was being operated by a elephant. Old way is definitely better.

Philllll:

First off, did I get the number of els right in your name? It makes me dizzy to try to count them.

Bhakta left HI a few months ago, so this knife probably dates back to that batch that had the vibro-pen engraving. That might also be one of the reasons that Yangdu priced it at $80. I'd take a Bhakta CAK for $80 any day, vibro-pen or no vibro-pen. That is, if I didn't already have one. :)
