Got me a YCS... YEA!!! I have been trying for EVER to get one, but every time I saw one, it was either a blem or one with special handles or something else... But I wanted a STANDARD one...
This IS a standard one, I hope???

Sorry man. If you want a standard one, you'll have to send that one to me and wait for a standard one. ;)

Nice snag. That looks like one of the best YCS I've ever seen.

Wow, nice YCS there. Pretty chandan. AND another big GRS! Hope we see more of these and more falcatas as well. Not that I can afford it...;)

Wow!! I am so torn between saving for a YCS or a Foxy Folly! I need imput. Yvsa said yesterday that the FF was a great all around blade. What is the opinion of the wiser ups?

Andy

PS. These are beautiful. Where do they get the steel for those huge GRS?

The YCS, IMHO, is probably the best all 'round khuk in my collection. It chops on par with my GRS oz for oz. It's easy to swing all day, but still packs a punch. When you add the kardas that sucker is just the total package...although a little bulky. Yvsa did a heck of a job coming up with this design. The new edition of it was voted to be chiruwa...which I know he doesn't care for, but they are still very, very nice:thumbup:
Hey, i liked it so much i cut my wedding cake with it;)

The only thing that has me wondering, is that it is 17.5 inch 33 ounce and the website shows it to be About 18 inches and only 1 lb & 6 oz...
33 ounces seems a BIT(!!!) overweight!!!

At Last you shark Bastids! I GOT ONE!! :D

I have NO IDEA why I just Bought that HUGE GRS.

But I did.

Thanks Jake. My wife would have stabbed me in my sleep for suggesting a Khukuri Kake Kutter. Hey that sounds like a cool new blade name. You should design one. Steely Kake Kutter!

Andy

Really!

I would love to have another YCS that was say 24 to 28 oz. I wish they'd make a lighter version.
