Edit:
Doesn't sharking make you feel like one of the seagulls on "Finding Nemo"?

Alexs, thank you for saving me from myself:eek:
My wife and I have a birthdays coming up at the end of the month and have already put the money we were going to spend of each other to "better use" (aka baby room furniture). Now I don't regret our decision at all. Obviously I wanna get the lil guy or gal everything he/she needs and more. However, being in a little hot water with Mrs. for THAT would have been worth it.

My GOODNESS those are gorgeous! Beautiful! Stunning! A knock out of the park!! Antler is my favorite, and I have been wanting an Antler 'bit for...5 or 6 years:p

New baby needs a ferret. :):)

Wow - that's awesome! Anyone else know of a company that responds so quickly to design suggestions made by it's customers? Gotta love HI :D

+1

That said, & I've had a couple of notable FMA types agree with me, that Mr. Koster's Dankura is THE design for a modern 'bit...

lol, Oh Kis, my old friend, feel free to tell my wife that.

My wife, while she loved our lil' ferret over his 7 year life, has made it perfectly clear that we are not getting another one for a very long time. Conversely, our ferret's room was turned into the nursery, so we really don't have the room....ya know, to heck with it. I'm gonna go buy a sack full of the little weasels. The baby and the ferrets can share the same crib.

What could POSSIBLY go wrong:D

...please don't call child services. I'm just kidding;)

Hmm, guess I have to write Aunt a note. I ordered and paid for a kerambit 2 months ago. Been waiting patiently since the last shipment was delayed and they had lost 2 kamis.

Update: Now that's service! My kerambit is on the way. Got a reply in about 10 minutes! Thanks Aunt Yangdu!

I don't know about you's guys, but i think kami Dil did a great job in replicating the kerambit redesign from just a 1 dimensional drawing, although it is based on an existing design. I hope everyone likes them. I also hope that someone who has the old design gets one...so that we can have a comparison of how both feel.

@alexs - could you possibly do a review and let us know how it feels in hand?

It would be my pleasure. Looking at the pictures only, it seems the handle is roughly the same as before, but the groove in the blade meant for the index finger is shallower. But as for a review, I would have to give it some time to percolate. I remember when I first held my CAK, the handle was so strange to me that I spent days trying to decide on a modification that would suit me. Now, a few months later, I cannot think of anything more comfortable to hold than kukri with a middle ring and think that all knives (kitchen even) and swords should have the ring in their design. So, apparently holding an H.I. product is an acquired taste and requires some getting used to before a review is meaningful.

Damn I LOVE that seax.I can't find them on HI's website tho, so I take it they aren't a standard item?If they are can someone let me know where to find them, plz?

Oh man oh man oh man oh man. Do I want another Kerambit, or that Ultimate Fighter? And can I intercept the mailman before the missus finds out? At the speed HI ships, probably not.
