Which one is this:

The one you really need! :)
But seriously, this is a bonecutter and a much awaited one at that. If I didn't already have one, I would immediately snag it. Great job for HI for bringing back that model with a wide edge bevel; hope we'll see more of them in all sizes. I would be interested to see how it compares to those made by Sgt. Khadka.

Wow that bonecutter is really calling to me today. I never felt the NEED to have one, but that is just superb. What a functional little chopper.

I have to abstain, SWMBO's orders;)

That Bonecutter looks SERIOUS! Man, I would love to pick that one up, but like Jake, wifey would wind up using it on me.

Nice Bonecutter! I have a set of the first from the Sgt. , but only the 18" has the real "leaf-blade" look of the orginals. The 14" and 16" are great knives but bear a bit of resemblance to BGRS's. This one might be a fraction wider than the Sgt. 16" and maybe a _slightly_ wider bevel? Nice work in any case, and a good price.

BTW, they are all nice, but that BGRS is the real workhorse of the bunch here. Typically this size Villager was 15" and 20 oz., and you had to get to 16" or 16.5" to get to this weight, so this gives you a bit more of a hit in a great backpack size. And without the polish these guys are _sharp_!

Absolutely love the handle curvature I'm seeing from these recent Bhakta and Bal Bahadur pieces.

Nice grab Crustysnow. That Bonecutter should serve you well on planet earth!

Bill
Also from earth...

Damn, I gotta wake up earlier! That Sirupate was beautiful. Even though I don't know him, I'm very envious of Pete. Nice snag!

Then again. I'd have a hard time convincing my wife that I've always had a knife of that size . . . :D

LOL. On my inbound Deradune (my first khuk) I'm going to try the ol' "it's just another $8 machete" trick if I can't smuggle it down into the depths of my workshop before she gets home, at which point it will magically become "The $8 machete that I picked up last year".

Y'all are terrible fibbin' to your wives like that.

...of course, you'd surprised how many guns I've gotten via "a good trade", "a customer of mine paid me for some off the clock work", and "Oh I bought that at the gun show last year. Remember?":p
