What does BDC stand for? I can't find that model on the HI site. Also, where can I read more about Chandra Samsher? These are a couple of the names I see come up that don't have model descriptions on the HI site, ya know? Any info.'s appreciated. Thanks.

BDC = bura dui chirra, baby dui chirra or bura daily carry

as for the samsher... do a search as they are not a normal production run :)

FoB, the BDC is the "Little Big Knife" of the HI line. To me, the BDC above is about the smallest kukuri that still feels powerful. Add Chiruwa tang and wonderful balance, and it's...magic.
 
I don't think I've ever seen an M43 in chandan. Wish I had seen this one yestersday. I really need another M43...(-: These last couple are also 6-8 oz. heavier than any of Kumars.

No, not really.

I used to be able to sing a little bit. I had a severe case of larengyhtis (sp)
several months back, since then I can't sing. I don't need to anyway, I don't make my living doing it.

My bass playing is what I would call intermediate. I can play a bunch of Rush stuff, but I'am not happy with were I'am at. I'am a bedroom warrior player, drives the neighbors nuts I'am sure. I'am not alone though, there are three bass players on the cul-de-sac.

Slow and steady, I'am still getting better.
