Deals for 2/22 -- Pix, blems, villagers and great buys

I just saw Yangdu's updates on the sale and can't believe that hanshee hybrid is still there, and for that price!

I have the first one of these in 17.5" sold as the "Bura Special hanshee" and it is a great knife.

i think the word RUST bothers some people. metal rusts. like the GRS i've touched up (and will continue to tweak, because i can :>), a bit of work some some 2000 wet automative paper will pretty much restore the surface, barring any pitting if the rust is very old; since mine is a worker, well, character is good. otherwise, after the surface prep, chances are it'll be perfect. great money saver those.

I am assuming that this will be a good chopper...
I have always wanted an AK to compare to my KH Aitihasik...

The BDC with antler is the only one missing from my collection, oh well maybe another will show up.

16 inch 22 ounce Bura Hanshee hybird by Bura. Sisau wood handle. Usual fine work by the old master. Only thing that put it in the blem box was about 10 minutes worth of rust removal on blade. Yours for $85 YBB.

Bob, send an email to Yangdu at himimp@aol.com and tell her how you want to pay. You can send paypal to that address.

Hope you get it, as usually they last about 5 minutes.

Welcome to the forum pinheadbob2002. Thats a long name, you need a nickname quick like.

Bladite, you are going to love the jkm. Its one of my favorite patterns from HI. May need a little better dangler sheath for it, but its a sturdy little knife. I have two, one antler and one neem. The antler one I keep in my truck, and if the handle were just a smidge longer it would be perfect. Kumar's grinding on it was perfect. The neem one has an extra half inch on the hanlde and feels perfect in the hand. Last night I reground the edge (large flat space near ricasso) and stitched up a dangler for it. Tonight I'll sand and refinish the handle. Sorry to ramble. You'll love the jkm.

JKMs are sweet. I have one with antler and have been shooting for another - they're nice EDCs. I keep missing them though.

Yes, and that was a really nice one at a great price and I should have tried for it. I looked at mine last night and it is nice but doesn't have that smooth white ivory look that I like. Some dark streaks in the antler. I don't keep two of the same exact model so if I upgrade I sell the old one. Still can't complain and someone else got a great JKM.
