LOL, Willow was pondering whether Wovoka's wife is not thinking of many "uses"for that Tarwar as well!

But most praise is reserved for Wovoka for purchasing the Tarwar in lieu of your wife comments ...lets hope she doesn't use the Tarwar on the computer to stop any further purchases!:D

I keep going back to the pix of the Dhankuta. Just beautiful. A bit flashy for me, but I can sure appreciate the artistry and craftsmanship. I'm sure it has found a loving home.
 
As far a the wife/Tarwar incident, I have been wanting to get a Cold Steel Grosse Messer for quite a while. Now I know why I didn't. Blessings To All

I keep going back between the photo's of yesterday's Tarwar and that of today.

I can't decide which one looks I like best.:confused:

Glad I didn't have to make the choice as they were both sold before I logged in!

As to the Dhankuta, it would be a display item only for me.:thumbup:
 
The Dhankuta would be a display blade for me also. What about wearing it to a Renaisance Festival? With a Tarwar? That would be cool.

I think I'd rather see it made from 5160 instead of 1055. But having used to be a fan of Cold Steel, I try to avoid giving them my business at all, so strong is my contempt for Lynn Thompson. It's a shame, too, because their machetes are a pretty good value.
 
From reading a lot of posts Lynn Thompson seems to have incurred some truly bad karma.
