Shark checking in...

I have a bowie just like this. One of my favorite knife all brands together.

A must have.

Oh My Another Baby CAK in Villager clothes. And that Med Bowie. If I had any money or credit or other available I would have to snap that one up. But alas, Payday is another week away

Nice Bowie, but waiting for a full size, and/or a Chunk Munk.

Congrats Ndog. Looks like you are going to have to just move a couch out next to the mailbox now. Of course you might just need it to sleep on if she sees the empty boxes anyways.

Thanks for saving me from that one, ndog! She's a beauty!
No prob homie! Whats a brother for! They are cool!

Shav: I got the keys to my new house today so we can move in! I already dragged her across the threshold by her dreads....oh was I supposed to carry her:eek: Ill just leave a cable spool in the dome so I can sleep out there when she finds out I got this one.

Had to read that 3 times. Sounded like Shavru was moving in with you in your new house.

LOL Bawanna!!

Ndog, well it probably is a good thing you hadn't gotten a triangle box in the mail the day you moved in. She might have already had the blade to make sure that was the last thing dragging on you for a while. But at least you are prepared for the inevitable with a dry dome to move into. But you might want to change the locks on the dome if she has a key. I hear waking up your hubby with a cast iron frying pan over the noggin everytime his eyes droop almost shut is a regular cure all for Texas women with husband problems. Watch your noggin.

I like sleeping with a garbage can over my head. Protects my noggin and my throat. Sweet dreams.

Heck Shavru! You and Bawanna are both right! She digs waterboarding! So the can on the head gives me a little protection and a few minutes of extra air as she beats some sense into me. Man! My ears are stilll ringing tho. Guess that will subside in the morning? When she figures out she can drill a hole in the bottom of the can to let the air out then we really got some trouble!

lol bawanna, i dunno some of those cast iron skillets can be a real bell-ringer, 12 inch skillets hurt, i know, one fell on mine from a hanging rack in the kitchen:eek:, i had 2 heads for at least a week, and believe me, having two heads instead of one isnt always what it is cracked up to be. pun intended.:p

LoL Uluapark. Yep I would think when your head is hurting that bad having 2 of them hurting would be more than just twice as bad.

Lol Ndog, mental image of a guy hiding inside that great big tibetan bell with the guys beating on the sides with the log. LOL.

Got my VBCAK today and I like it alot! Best thing is its a hair under 5 1/2" and legal Texas EDC! Beauty it is! One more to the EDC Pile. Here's some out of box pics.

The fullers are hard to see in this pic but in hand inspection reveals some fine fullering detail!

Very nice taper to the spine and a beefy 0.3" spine at the bolster.

Very nice Ndog. I am hoping mine comes in tomorrow. Should be about right. Fingers crossed

Thank you Ndog for the pics. I really like the look of it. Can't wait to get mine :-)

Woohoo Got mine in today Lovely and fits my hand perfectly. I need to look through the older posts. I know there was an entry about stretching out the sheath if it got a bit tight. I will need to perform that little task but otherwise a beautiful and handy tool.

My sheath is fine? I think Karda was describing that process with some chainpuris a while back? IIRC. Wrap a hot wet towel around the sheath and let it sit a while and cool and it should loosen up. Then rub some mineral oil on it to keep it from shrinking up too tight. Let it dry really well before you put the knife back in so it dont rust. This is going to be a very handy knife! Today it tore open about fifteen mini blind boxes for my new house not to mention several other tasks. Fits in front cargo pants pocket just fine. Havent tried it on the belt yet. Tomorrow maybe? The makers mark is cool under the scale! Hard to see but I like it being there! Nice fish!
Your right sno! I dont think that Bowie sold? Nice one! I have a micro, two minis, big un and giant one so I better leave it alone. It does have a nice horn handle tho!
