But yep, that is exactly what I was looking for. As an aside, I usually wrap the knife completely in several layers of plastic film wrap (Saran Wrap as us old foggies call it) And place the blade back in the steamed sheath to kind of keep the leather spaced properly while it dries. That way the blade is completely protected from rust but the sheath gets the support for shape as it dries around the bolster area. You are right, this is a great size for a handy do a bit of anything knife. I can't carry it out in public as this state has a 3 1/2" carry rule, but it has been extremely handy around the house already and if I could it would be in my purse every time I walked out the door.
