Deals for 5/11 --Pix, Purna CAK, Kumar Karda, BBDC, and Great buys

Really great khuks today. Wish the FF could have been larger. My khukuri rack is plumb full and over-flowing, but an FF that could remove your laig (yes, that is spelled correct for us Corn Patch denizens) above the knee cap and not just gnaw yer ankle has a certain charm and appeal to me. You see, Bawanna. There IS a method tor my madness.....the heavier the khuk, the less chance of the little woman using it on me!

Email sent on 16.75" 31oz CAK by Purna, satisal handle. I got its twin with horn handle the other day. Let's see if I can make the matched pair.

Got the Done Deal. I guess there were so many offerings today that the beautiful CAK got overlooked by others. Here is the matched pair:

They're actually almost identical in size, but the pictures make them look different.

OK guy's, I have to keep up on all of acronyms on this forum so what is a BDC? YCS? BAS?
All of these are on my list but I have no idea what they are called.

Thanks for the help. (just like obamacare, I need to buy them before I know what they are).

Someone needs to make a list?

Dave

Hey Dave...

(Correct me if I'm wrong fella's);

BDC = Bura's Daily Carry version
YCS- Yvsa Cherokee Special version (named for another forumite designer, Yvsa)
BAS = British Army Service Version

Check out the Sticky "New Members Please take time to Read the : Himalayan Imports Link Library"... it contains a wealth of information and LOT's of beautiful pictures of the different versions. I review all the information in that "sticky" quite often (just to get an HIKV fix :D ).
