Geez, any other day I'd be snappin' that Crow right up...but I just ordered a Ranger RD7 the other day.

E-mail sent on Sarge knife, go figure. :D

Sarge

HOT DANG, success! Love them villagers, villagers rock ;-)

Well boys you've been eating up great deals lately. This one is no different. God, somebody snap up that Munk Chunk. What a hunk of steel. Drool.

Sarge that handle on that Sarge is phenomenal.

That Munk Chunk looks like a regular AK Bowie to me. Am I way off base here?

Eric.

Eric you are correct, it's an AK Bowie, note the recurve in the blade the cleaver is straight and 4-5 oz heavier.

Thanks for backing me up. I guess I coulda said "that's not a Munk Chunk, it's an AK Bowie" but tried to phrase it to where I didn't sound too pedantic.

Eric.

The Chiruwa Ang Khola by Sgt. Khadka would have been my first choice. Congrats to the fortunate one who landed it.

Thank you! :)

I've been waiting for a larger Sgt. Khadka for quite a while (hoping for a 16" but this'll more than do).

I figured I could handle a longer khukuri at 2oz./inch if the handle was thin enough for me to get a better grip having smaller hands. This looks like it's just about perfect.

It felt good to be in the frenzy again. ;)

Pattern knife?

Nossir, already cranked out a couple of my own renditions of this model. I've just got a soft spot for villagers, a soft spot for Bura's work, and a soft spot for hard working handy little knives. What with all them soft spots, I reckon I'm feeling a little squishy. Uh, no pilgrim, I said squishy, not swishy, are you a bleeder, you look like a bleeder to me. :p  :D

Now that's a YCS. Finally we get one that's a non-chiruwa version and is faithful to Yvsa's model.

The Crow knife sitting there is killing me...sombody buy it.

After all...I have a birthday coming up.

I guess I'll keep stats on Crow knives as well.

This is the 6th crow knife
This is the 3rd 13" crow knife
This is the 5th horn handled crow knife
This is the 6th crow knife by Vim.
This is the 2nd 13oz crow knife.
This is the 2nd 13" horn handled crow knife
This is the 1st 13" 13oz horn handled crow knife

it is very nice. my paypal fund is too low i think... plus those "*****" mean that someone already bid on it, doesn't it? 1/2 sold? or what?

it's a wash - i can't tell if i'd prefer chiruwa or not when i finally get one.

mmm
