Ever since I discovered the HI DOTDs, I can't seem to get much work done in the afternoons. (Not that I was doing that much before.) :)

Eric, I have an identical companion to that one that was sold a few weeks ago- you'll love it! It IS a great backpack khuk, and the price is right. I was worried about the handle being undersized, but it's just big enough- although my hands are medium-sized and not largish.

Soupah,

This is my first Ang Khola - certainly on the small side compared to the others I have read about here, but a keeper nonetheless. Thanks.

Eric,
The 12 inchers are much under-rated. In any other cantina, a knife that size is considered dang big. No, you can't cut down big trees with 'em, but you can do a lot of things that are necessary around a campsite. And you are more likely to have it with you, than back in the truck :D

Good point. I don't see any major log-splitting or jungle-clearing on the immediate horizon. Really looking forward to getting this one.

And it is somewhat unusual for that size as it has a chiruwa handle. Murali seems to specialize in this size AK. I sold both my 12" AK's but would have liked to have snagged this one. With that handle "Indestructible" is the word that comes to mind.

BTW, I was fortunate enough to snag an antler Attitude several weeks ago. This is the second I think, with the full antler roll. Mine was nice but this piece of antler is exceptional. More "bark" on it. Surprised it is still showing as available.

Dang, awesome lot today Yangdu. Two I'm seriously lusting after. Doh.

Perhaps it is me... I am known to lose my mind from time to time... but is that JKM still available!!!

And With the HORN?

Too bad I am in Survival mode trying to pay off some bills.

Yangdu, I have sent you an email regarding the 15 inch 27 ounce Ang Khola Bowie by Vim, but I have not received any reply. Have you received my email?

Thanks.
