Hi,
perhaps you may help me. Is knifeworks.com an serious shop-seller? I orderd on the 26.01.05, got an mail that a item is out of stock, answerd and got no mail anymore. And of course, I've already payed via creditcard. They seem to be a serious company, but the elapsed time makes me nervous.

As far as I know, in this situ, generally they won't charge your card.
Be patience. E-mail them again.

Roger always takes good care of his client.

You need to give them a call. They will be able to let you know exactly what the situation is.

Nothing but positives to say about knifeworks.com I believe Roger has been out of the country or at least away from the shop for a little - give them a call.
 
I preordered a Kershaw Mini Mojo from Police Gear, and they haven't charged my card yet. Make sure you can see an online statement, for your piece of mind.
 
I have ordered many times from Roger over at Bayou LaFourche. I have always been more than satisfied.

Nine times outta ten, he has it in stock. I live in Baton Rouge, so I get my goodies next day.

I would not hesitate to order from him again.

(That reminds me, maybe I should spend some of my refund money with him.)
 
He's just been back from Bangkok coupla weeks ago. And headed for the show in San Diago (that's what I heard.)

Call him next week, and thing gonna be fine.

Bayou LaFourche does not have a store front, but do not let that worry you. Roger is absolutely serious about his business. I have ordered regularly from Roger in the last year and have been totally satisfied with the service provided and the products supplied each time.

Roger was in Bangkok until approx 21 Jan and left for SHOT show approx 26 Jan. I know this because I had arranged for Roger to ship my order to me in between Bangkok and SHOT, which he did and which I have since received.

I think for orders from outside US, Roger will handle it personally. This may explain the delay.

And I can confirm that Roger did not charge my credit card before he shipped.

I would recommend Roger to any one.

Now Im sure that´s been a good decission to deal with Roger and knifeworks.
But understand- bad experiences in the past made me carefull.
