I recently purchased a beautiful item from Dean Vidal and I had some issues with the payment. I apparently didn't handle the PayPal transaction properly. What resulted was that when I finally got it right, I lost my "Instant Pay" privileges for the particular transaction, meaning Dean would have to wait for payment, a few days. He was very understanding of my ineptitude and told me there was no problem. What a relief it was to not have my mistake foul up the transaction. To top things off, Dean didn't want me to have to wait to receive my purchase so he sent the item to me before he actually received payment. I really appreciate this rare leap of faith. It isn't every day you run across this kind of customer service. Thanks Dean!!!! :thumbup:
