Hell, I'd buy one of those, too. Sounds beautiful. But I go weak in the knees for single blade folders.

Nope, I'd stick with a Spey blade over a punch.

Or, I'd go for an amber bone peanut in CV, or a medium stockman in amber bone with CV blades, rounded bolsters and a pen blade instead of the spey.

You can get 2 out of 3 just no pen blade...

For me it would be a 087 pattern pen knife with CV and stag. Oh and a peanut the same way.
