If you got an email from Jerry, you should just be able to "Reply To." If it still doesn't go through, I'd say you have ISP issues on your end.

If that doesn't work, yahoo or hotmail is the way to go. Check carefully Jerry's address on the email you just received, and use that address.

It depends too on if his ISP (or country) is on the "SPAM list" for the shop's ISP. If so, then it won't get through.
As for the rest... he's OK...
