Dear Sal....

Hi Vonny,

Welcome to the Spyderco forum.

My thought was with Vanguard on the Urban, But we'd have to make it in FRN at a very reasonable price of the sales won't be there to support the model. Unfortunately tooling in Japan for a lite weight is very expensive. On the Squeak, our maker is cooperating quite a bit to help keep the price low so we can get them to the market at an affordable price and try to create a market. I'll bring it up,but Ihave my doubts.

Hi Mlanghornes,

What model did you have in mind? In reality, it would have to be a new model, but that's not impossible.

Hi Sal, thanks for taking the time to answer me. I was thinking something on the UKPK lightweight platform, if you could simply add an H1 option, that would be wonderful (I know there's probably nothing simple about it.) I know this steel doesn't do ffg, but since that line is already hollow ground, it wouldn't by unusual.

A dragonfly-sized knife would also be great. I was just thinking it would be nice to have a little-to-no-maintenance legal slipjoint folder with Spyderco's awesome ergos. Something with a full handle grip, wire clip, and lightweight FRN body, preferably with multiple handle colors, but if that's not possible, yellow would be great.

i can see it now, the spyderco SlipStream. a completely rustproof slip pie for the river and such
