Getting ready to fry up some largemouth bass I caught today with homemade Mac N cheese and right out of the garden fresh stewed tomatoes.
Oh and Im knocking back a few Lord Chesterfields from Yuengling. Its their pale ale that ya don't see often. Worth a try!

hot garlic parm, tasty and last year's wing off winner best sauce.
these are pretty hot, can not even get a clear pic of them. my buddy jeff is wing master. i alway's order 5 something hot. this week was hot sweet garlic chili. good flavor, knarly spice. the sweet hid it for a bit till i started dipping the jerk in it. that is when it came alive.

You know, wings sound pretty good. Maybe I'll have to pick some up on the way home and get to cooking early tonight. The earlier I start cooking, the earlier I get to crack open an ice cold beer.

checking in with some 22's of hog heaven barley wine that was found in the back of the store room at work. the box say's drink before sept 2011. boss asked do you want them? well hell yeah i want them. the taste is not bad, it malted out so no real hop's to it. the label read's 104 ibu's, 9.2% alc. you can taste the alchol in it, two of them might not have been a good idea.
