Death Chat!!

They're great little lights, I personally like the 2nd revision with the updated LED and dual pocket clip. Since I occasionally where hats, the pocket clip allows you to clip it onto any hat and use as a headlight.

One last place I need to search before ordering replacements..

Those iTPs are great lights as well. I have a few of those as well. I just prefer clickie for easy one hand operation. The clickie and pocket clip is what sold me on the microstream.

On a side note.... I found this little bastardized mini bowie at the shop the other day.

Cool! I will make sure to stay away from there that day. Crowds and traffic plus adrenaline mixed in with a little booze and other substances = road rage and trouble.

I will make sure to have my pepper blaster and comtech stinger handy ;)
 
Found my light! Left it on under a computer desk I was installing some hardware in. Completely forgot to grab it out when I finished my job.

I've been meaning to pick that up too but just never got around to it. However, I really the clip and clicky on the streamlight.

Yeah, the iTPs have the clip (and it's decently strong) but no clicky :(. I'm starting to dislike twisties that are easy to accidentally turn on in my pocket, like my Quark Mini 123. I wonder if the Quark clicky tailcaps they sell will fit my Mini...I think they should...hmmm.

Just happened to be lying about the shop, eh? Is this what I think it is!?! :D:D


ETA: You know, it's pretty funny, I always thought the Mini Bowie looked clean, pointy, and slick...but just not for me. But man, after handling yours it was like "where have you been all my life." It's PERFECT. Weird how things work out that way. I'm unbelievably excited!

Its a 3" mini bowie without the sharpened swedge which will be put on after HT.
 
Nope, the handle is just right :thumbup: Can the sheath be set up for horizontal teklok carry? I think the handle is too long for the angled mount to work here. Or, is it possible to have holes for both horizontal and angled?

I will set it up for horizontal as priority and will add extra hole for angle if there is room.
 
Found a wallet in the street on the way to work this morning. $100 in it. Ah...the temptation :D Managed to contact the owner though and returned it to him.


Argh...that could have started my BT4 or La Griffe Pikal fund quite nicely. :grumpy:
