Quit rejoicing,I'm still around . Have been slowly downsizing since EX left & began to wonder if I was over-insured . Since I want to be cremated & spread over my yard & tomato trees I called one insurance company & asked for a cash-out figure .

Whooeee !
Pat will be able to have the remaining policy as a bonus. We can motor to Yellow
stone & the Grand Canyon, and still buy a few toys. [ Danged old fingers.]

Uncle Alan :D

You scared the you know what out of me...as our resident senior...your not allowed to pass away without prior written permissions from the super moderators. These forms must be submitted in Triplicate and can only be subbmitted during Initial Enrollment Periods or by contacting 1-888 Medicare if you qualify for extra help passing away!:D

Ps.

Won't travel until very late Summer.Patsy refuses to drive after 22 years without a car & we'll wait for her sister "Sis" to assist driving. I'd like to visit Devil's Tower again but besides being a logistical & $$ nightmare, the road there is barely secondary.

Our 4 door GMC 'll get 22+ on the interstate at 70 so we will have a lot of metal around us . Think I'll take the .45 & the Walther 9 along.

Thank you for letting me know that I am no stranger here.

Uncle Alan :)

I must say that title of your thread makes one do a double take.

Glad to see that you are OK, And enjoy your Trip.

Oh yeah, have a blast on your trip!!! :D

I called one insurance company & asked for a cash-out figure .

Whooeee !

Keep in mind that A) There may be tax consequences of this; consult a tax expert. B) This is a windfall and you'll only get this money once, so use it carefully.

Well and then there was the bit about Uncle Alan posting about the the death of Uncle Alan... I was wondering if along with everything else the friggin forum was now haunted!

First, I nearly had a heart attack.

Then, cognitive dissonance.

Think I'm alright now.

BUT ... no more scares like that, Alan!!!

I'm still trying to figure out how the hell a dead guy can type things out on the computer...Is that what's called "ghost-writting"?.:D..:D.

Al,
I lurk alot more than post, but I feel like you are a good guy....you scared me too!
What is the chance the title of this thread could be altered?

That post was not really very funny.
