Can someone tell me what they think of the deburring wheels? Kim Breed says he uses them alot but wasnt sure what type he had. Looking for basic info about using them. Are these good to dull down the spine of the knife and choil / riccasso areas?
Thanks?

I use cratex wheels all day,so I like these 3M wheels.Once you get used to them, they are real nice to use.Good for smoothing,rounding,and-yes-deburring.

I have a medium scotch brite wheel and I like it. Most of my knifes get a satin finish and I go from a 400 grit norax belt straight to the scotch brite wheel. It brightens the blade but doesn't get rid of the 400 grit scratches. On brass guards I can go straight from shaping with a file to the scotch brite and take out all the scratches fairly easily.
