$95 was still a good price for this one. I would have spent more for a premium or even a carbon steel. Ivory micarta is nice, but they lost me on 420. If it was brass and elk like the 303, I would have grabbed a couple.

That Micarta looks great! It looks very smooth. Do you know what type of Micarta it is? Paper Micarta maybe?

based on Larry's email sent out recently on new Remingtons for 2020 made by Buck..there is a 3 series in ivory or white paper micarta.....so I imagine it's the same material....so gonna say paper.....

Thanks, jbmonkey. I have a knife in White Paper Micarta (not a Buck knife) and the material is very nice in person. I had the knife re-handled and I chose WPM because I liked the pictures I had seen of it. I liked the material even better when I got it in my hands. Good stuff.
