Just a little disappointed in this months BOTM also - but I hope you get the knife if you like it. As others have said - post pics, I really want to see what that micarta looks like.

Yes, for $140, it's a hard choice to Hope that micarta looks nice.

I love the 501; and CPM154 is a great choice...unfortunately, I wasn't thrilled with the burlap micarta on the SKB Goodfella. Hoping the burgandy is more to my liking.

I still say that Buck should make CPM154 an option for the 501 in their Custom Shop.

I ponied up. Interestingly, Buck has modified the checkout cart so you can no longer put in a "too large" quantity to get an error message and see how many are actually left. I always thought it was fun to see how quickly they disappeared.
