No newsletters in Noo Yawk... :grumpy:

Not much mail at all this week...Is O'Hare open yet???

I went from the mailebox to the bank to the postoffice......My PMO is allready on the way to Cape Coral TODAY!!!!!!!!!! Fellow 112 nuts DONT DELAY! On a sadder note My BCCI BC club knife is on the way to my son Richard... todayIn .1979 he was Born and ol pap could not say No.. I just hope he passes it on to his doodle someday!

I have become partial to 2 rivet 112s, but I won't order a club knife if someone can help me find a 309 Workman.
(Sort of group near blackmail) 300$s

Mine's here... that club knife looks nice, but the coffers have cobwebs from the Christmas shopping... didn't even get a spare 110 tin!

My newsletter came today [Thursday 20th]...

Single bolsters/chip-flint 112's don't do anything for me, so I'll pass on that...

I thought that John's comment on the "discontinued" 120 General being offered in March was mildly amusing... :D

But again, Lucite handle/gold etching is a big zero to me, so it looks like there's not much in the offing that commands my $$$... :(

More for you other guys! ;)

Is a workman the one with WORKMAN etched or imprinted on the blade?
Whats special about it? and no, I don't have a workman....sorry,,,just curious

PR, Yup, has Workman on blade, gray scales. Check out a 1993 catalog. 303s are to be had every now and then. The 309's and 305's, who knows. I have never handled or even seen a private photograph of a 309 Workman. It's just one I don't have and I threw it out as true but with humor considering the limited number of the newsletter 112's. If you want to email me I will shoot you a list of the 300's that I have found to be hiding with the 'hen's teeth". Most are obscure and uninteresting except to Buck nuts. I do have 3 old 112's, so far..... 300$s

For now, trying for a full set of three rivet, no nail nic, no date marks. Scales of Micarta, Ebony and Segua. (Need Ebony) Check in picture thread above, about 6 pictures back when Scott and I were comparing photos. I am just not a fan of chipped flint blades but love the handle design of the club knife. I like the older stuff, it's just a 'thing'. 300$s

P.S. Sometimes I EDC a 2 dot 112, especially if other "woodsmen" are present and we are showing how big our knives are. I will also always have a 300 as a backup, usually a 303.

I love the oddball 112s.I have a early 3 rivet in WHITE micarta (only one Ive heard of}That one was a employes knife.I also have a chip flint drop point NS stag....Love the ODD!!!

Joe needs to confirm this, but it is my understanding the chipped flint 112's are actually Model 109's.

...They "slogged" through the bayou's and got it delivered here yesterday...Lotsa good readin'...:D

Thanks for the offer jb4570! Mine came late this evening. The picture of my son on page 7 caused quite a commotion at our house

No, its for sure a 112....alltho the tang stomp on the chip flint blade says 422...Mabe Leroy? I truly love odd.....
