Well, guys sorry I don't have any pictures but this is how it went and a couple important things to point out.
First, I cleaned all the stuff around the coconut to be sure it wouldn't catch on fire, then I carved a small hole on the soft top of the coconut and drained all the juice. I didn't carve the "meat" (Big mistale IMO). I filled it with just a little over 400 ml. of fresh water and put it over/inside a pile of rocks right next to my campfire, then I covered the small hole with a flat rock.
After about 35-36 minutes I removed the coconut from the fire (mainly because the side closest to the fire was kind of burning already).
When I opened it the water was indeed hot, not boiling, just very hot, but the meat had kind of disolved with the hot water and the result was some kind of coconut soup.
So, if you want to try it, I suggest you remove at least some of of the meat, although this might reduce the heat resistance of the crust. To avoid this, I tried to let the meat on other coconut dry over night but instead it grew fungi, so that is not an option, any ideas?
