Decent 10" or 12" Drill Press that won't Break the Bank

Does anyone have any recommendations for a decent benchtop drill press that's decent quality but not prohibitively expensive? I'm not sure if I can go over $350, and lower is of course better. Thanks.

I like my harbor freight actually, as far as budget machines go. I have the 12 speed standard chuck version.

Just make sure to check it over carefully once you get it together at home, some are steady, some aren't, from what I hear. It's not fancy but it's got a good speed range for our purposes, doesn't have a lot of run out and hasn't given me any trouble. The table does unlock then lock back in the same position, even if you play with things, there's just too much play in it to re-align. That's my only complaint and I accept that it's a fact of life with such an inexpensive machine.

My favourite drill press is a mini little delta from Home Depot
I would have no trouble going up to a bigger Delta

In the store, on the actual one you will buy, take it out, wind the spindle down, and give it a shake.

I have a HF type machine I didn't do this on and it rattles like the button on an outhouse door.
Self centring sort of.
