Decent, cheap pen?

Zebras exclusively. I've been happy with all the models since I started using them 15 years ago. Fine points are my favorite. They last a while and aren't cheap feeling like plastic.

I also used to like the Zebra F-402 but it seems to be among the missing.

Altho I can't remember, I probly wouldn't have bought them if I thought they were over-priced.

Man, this one is hard for me....I am a pen snob....Mont Blanc for me. Definatley more than five bucks..

I'm still enjoying my 0.38 Uniball Signo DX and RTs. I've tried out brown-black, green-black, lavender-black, blue, black, and red. Blue-black is my favorite color by far.
