One side note: most SOG knives with a deep carry clip have clips as ugly as sin and bad steel, and the ZT/Hinderer/Emerson knives while very well built, are a little over built for an office setting EDC. Not saying it can't be done or isn't, but not my cup of tea. And while I love the Spyderco wire clip because it doesn't scratch things, very few actually ride deep except for the Spyderco Slipit.

I have a Benchmade small Stryker. It has a good deep carry clip (not the typical Benchmade deep carry clip) and is one of my favorite EDC's. They have just been discontinued. Shop around and you can find one new on line for about $110.
IMO the best deep carry clip ever is on the ZT 0562. Not a 3 inch blade, but you may want to just check it out since you like deep carry clips. Very cool and functional design.
Oh, also, check out the Gareth Bull Shamwari, the newer ones. Awesome clip. He makes them with 2.5, 2.75, 3, and 3.5 inch blades. I have heard the knife is a fantastic EDC.

Hi. The Tispine is the folder with the best deep carry clip, among the ones I currently own :). It really carries low and also very “elegantly”, if I might say so, it can easily be mistaken for a fountain pen clip :).

Eh, just to think different. In an office setting, do you really need the clip? I've been lugging around an SAK for years, not needing a clip.

I've recently taken to Emersons and yeah, they're marginally quicker if you want to wave them if you have them clipped for sure, but you can still retrieve quite quickly and wave them from your pockets if you need to. My pockets are roomy, I guess. Of course, if you've got fancy pants you'll wreck them, but you're in an office, so you eh... probably wouldn't want to wave or one hand open them lest you get you know, the funny frozen look. Lol.

I know you said no ZTs, but the 0770cf might be worth a look. It has a very discreet deep carry clip (it looks almost like the clip on a pen), the blade to handle ratio is really good, it's light and thin.

Spyderco Chaparral
Spyderco Sage
Spyderco Techno
Benchmade Valet

Seriously had to beat the Chaparral in an office setting, unless you want pry bar like the Techno. Both ride deep IMO.

Nice knife.

Pro tech Newport. S35VN steel, great company, light, well built, good variety of plain/coated options, etc. I ordered one of these a few days ago, should be here today.

Spyderco UK PK (this one is in S110V).

This is from the side

This is higher and from the rear; hard to tell there is much diff from the first photo but the perspective was pretty different.

And finally this is more from the front

Easier on the pocket than the Dragonfly. A little larger blade and handle.
I like the knife !

Oh and here’s the knife so you don’t have to go look it up; almost forgot.
