Defending all of us.

Plenty of Beckerheads active on that site. I post over there a lot, and Josh was over there long before even becoming a Beckerhead. It was just one guy making a statement. I replyed only because there are plenty of folks there who probably have no idea what a Beckerhead is.

On a side note I told a guy I work with I am a beckerhead and he said "I've been telling people your one for years"

Most of those folks are just like people on this forum, hell I go over there for the bushcrafty stuff. But in general who cares what other people think, piss on em', we know who we are.

I spend alot of time over there, and there is a great group there.
 
I was simply stating a fact to a person and hopefully winning that one over by letting them know that we are not the snobs that some of them think we are....anyway..a little too many of you are getting carried away.

That's one thing I don't like about that board.
Rather than letting posts stand on their own merits (aside from clear trolling/spamming), they are pretty quick to pull anything with an edge to it.
Oh well. I just stated the obvious. One guy was showing his backside, and I made as much clear.

Yeah, I agree with you.

I just don't understand why people get so bent out of shape over talking about knives, I mean why can't people just be ok with other people choices and leave it at that.

Passion. People are passionate about stuff. I'm the same way with alot of stuff, but what I've learned in my brief time here on Earth, is that people will always have a difference of opinion, some can be debated with (my favorite) and stay civil while others want to argue, call names, and generally try to start up drama llama shit, because they feel that the must WIN the arguement.

I can debate lots of things, even things I don't believe in, and really, really enjoy a spirited debate with lots of good points from both sides. Its fun, and informative.

But some folks will just never evolve past throwing feces at another, because it makes them feel better about themselves. When they "teach that guy a lesson...." it makes them feel good, and some folks have such low self esteem, its all they got.
