Due to circumstances beyond my control I was unfortunately forced to run a much toned down operation and I was effectively prevented me from being active here on these forums. Thankfully we are now back in full force on BF.

So here's our commitment to responding to all new and future posts on our threads in the Customer Exchange Area or emails from this link:

1) Post or email from this link any time between Monday 12 AM and Friday 12 AM. (See 3 below for posts and emails at other times)

2) We will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours.

3) Posts or emails from this link any time after Friday 12 AM and before Monday 12 AM will be responded to by Tuesday 12 AM.

4) We will post in advance blackout dates on this thread. We will not post blackouts of more than seven consecutive business days and the total number of blackout days in a year will be not more than 15 business days.

Dave, good to see you back. I know we had a little rocky patch, but you sure stepped up then and I'd be happy to do it again. Hope the latest headache is all behind you now.
