This is a short and to the point account of 1 order placed with this company by me. The time frame will be from when I place the order untill it was on the truck headed for me. At that point the company had done their job and it was up to the U S Post Office... in this case.
Also included here is when I was provided a tracking number and how it was provided.
Order was placed 5 February 2008 in the morning.
Phone order, I talked with Dave.
I ordered 2 Spyderco Saver Salts and 1 Spyderco Atlantic Salt.
I asked if they were in stock. He said he would have to check. He did as we were talking and in about 90 seconds told me they were.
I told him fine... but they had to ship that day.. PERIOD
He said they would, no problem. I was given an Order number.
I received a message almost immediatly recapping and verifing my order.
My CC was then charged.
In a few hours [3 or less, I think I remember it being] I had a message with a tracking number. Order shipped
